Karissa, played by Shelley Q, thought she had made it when she was flown out to Thailand to join a group of other social media influencers in a luxurious mansion, however when she arrives, she soon learns that being famous is a lot darker than she thought it was.

Anything that helps scare people away from being famous, the better. It’s not accurate, but it’s a journey.

When Chip, played by Stavros Halkias misses out on the ritual suicide, he connects to his ex-messiah to rebuild their doomsday commune. Their plan is to rebuild their cult, and then reattempt the ritual suicide that they missed out on, but will they find something else to live for during their journey.

This might be a dangerous film, thanks to the sensitivity of victims and families, or simply as a result of the weaker minded people in the world, but besides all of that, this looks like Dumb and Dumber meets death cults.

Memoir of a Snail – Releasing in Limited Theaters
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – 100%

Grace Pudel, voiced by Sarah Snook, collects snails and for the most part is an eccentric person who can’t help but suffer misfortunes wherever she goes. If you are looking for a little animated story, this is it, but it’s not a kids film, this animated series is Rated-R!

Your Monster – Releasing in Theaters and Streaming
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – 81%

Laura Franco, played by Melissa Barrera, is dumped, and moves back to her childhood home to recover. However, while dealing with the breakup and recovery, she discovers a monster, and while it starts off aggressive, the monster and her become friends and he pushes her to follow her dreams, and it opens herself to feelings, with her new monster.

It’s a nice twist on themes of Beauty and the Beast, and self-introspective views. It looks like a lot of fun, and enjoyable.
