Last years Hulu themed activation was awesome, and held a factory full of animated and themed fun. This year, the activation is being dedicated to the amazing return of the hit animated series, King of the Hill! Set 15 years after the finale of the first run of the show, we return to find Bobby grown up and the Hill parents retired and in a new phase of their life. What the experience is bringing to the convention is dedicated to reconnect you with Arlen, Texas!
While at the activation, fans can enjoy Alamo Pong a friendly competition filled with cutouts for photo ops, and prizes if you can be named the Alamo Pong champions.
Got a photo op with Hank’s Lawn Mower, one of the most iconic things from the original intro.
Then fans can head over to the Mega Lo Mart and check out their customization hat station to get a unique trucker hat with a special patch.
Feeling the heat, head to the Arlen Water Tower to get a can of Alamo Water in a souvenir aluminum can. Also a great spot to rehydrate!
Want to go shopping? Hit up Rhinestein’s Cowboys and participate in a boot toss game where you throw two oversized animated boots to win a prize!
Before you head out, you can enjoy a Texan Backyard Cookout where attendees can enjoy BBQ bites, play cornhole and enjoy further photo ops with things like Dale’s Dead Bug Van!
