A long time ago, Legion M fans told people to specifically that they wanted the story of Robert Smalls shared with the world. When they went to make it a movie, they knew it needed to be flushed out for a studio to want it, and so they decided to turn it into a comic book.
One incredibly successful Kickstarter later, we finally have Volume 1 of the story available to the public, with more on the way, and a movie in the works.
