Carnival Cruise Takes Guests To New West Coast Ports For 2027/28

Are you a fan of cruising, and want to focus on West Coast ports of calls? Well now Carnival Cruise Line is pleased to announce new sailings for the 2027/2028 season!

Ride on the Carnival Radiance setting sail from Long Beach, as it hits popular West Coast ports of call in Mexico and Catalina Island! In fact, Carnival Cruise Line finalized a 15-year agreement with the City of Avalon, in Catalina focusing on their commitment to sustainable tourism and continued collaboration with the local community.

Carnival Corporation is also announcing Ensenada Bay Village, a new shoreside destination inspired by Baja California. Carnival has invested more than $26 million, to enhance the port experience. The Ensenada enhancements will be open to guests by 2028.

Now on to the ship, the Carnival Radiance is a 2,984-guest Sunshine-class ship. The vessel features popular dining venues such as Shaq’s Big Chicken, Guy’s Burger Joint and Cucina del Capitano. For those looking for amenities, the ship includes the Cloud9 Spa, Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge and Alchemy Bar.

The offering will take place from May 3, 2027, through April 28, 2028, and will have three-day sailings for Mexico and four-day options which will hit ports in Catalina Island and Mexico!
