For Jim Cheung’s Birthday Check Out Or Favorite Comics!

Jim Cheung, is a comic book artist that was born today on November 13, 1972. His place of birth was England, United Kingdom. While he was raised in England, he came to the USA and entered into the world of Comic Books, first working for Marvel in 1994 as a penciler on an 8 page story, Red Wolf, for Marvel Comics Presents #170.

Through his career he has worked as a penciler, inker, and cover artist for over 150 comic books!

He took a break from marvel in the 2000s to work for Crossgen Comics on Scion but then returned to take on the illustration of the five-issue New Avengers: Illuminati mini-series. Marvel’s Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada called him “a future superstar penciller” in 2005 and went on to become most famous for his work co-creating the Young Avengers which is set up by the MCU to become the next major team of heroes in their films.

Black Knight: Exodus #1 (1996)
 
In his return back to the Marvel Universe, Black Knight finds himself stuck in the Holy Crusades of the past. During this one shot story Black Knight explores his secret history as well as the origin of a villian from Marvel comics that previously hadn’t been revealed, Exodus.
X-Men Unlimited #14 (1997)
 
After the believed death of his parents, the X-Men step in to help Franklin Richards. However, Joseph, becomes the ire of Franklin’s rage, as he blames Joseph for Onslaughts murder of his parents. As the two fight to resolve the feelings, more issues occur as two locals in the small town fight over the issue of mutant kind, and one of them attemps to use his hate to take out the X-Men with his gang of friends.
Avengers: The Children’s Crusade #1 (2014)
 
After Wiccan uses his power to such an astonding amount, the Avengers realize that his powers are that akin to Wanda Maximoff. When they try to contain Wiccan within the Avengers Tower, to prevent a cataclysum as recently occured with Wanda removing all powers from mutants, they push the magic user and his friends to break free, and to seek out Wanda to see if she can undo all that she has done, with the help from Wiccan’s grandfather Magneto.
