Babylon – Releasing in Theaters
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – (None Available Yet)

Set in the 1920s this movie follows the lives of an ensemble casts including Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Diego Calva as it covers the rise and fall of celebrity in the world of Early Hollywood.

This has real “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” meets “Almost Famous” vibes. It looks part drama with heavy notes of comedy. If you are looking for a period peice which delves into the early life of Hollywood, then you should check out this film.

Joyride – Releasing in Theaters and Streaming
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – 52%

When 12 year old Mully, played by Charlie Reid, steals a taxi to escape his father he discovers the taxi has a woamn, played by Olivia Colman, and her baby. While the mother was on her way to get rid of the baby, the two go on an adventure across Ireland and become friends.

A drama with a journey that takes you through a character driven adventure through friendship, love, and makeshift family.

The Pale Blue Eye – Releasing in Theaters
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – (None Available Yet)

When a cadet is gruesomely murdered at West Point, a local detective, played by Christian Bale, turns to the school’s own, Edgar Allan Poe, played by Harry Melling, to solve the issue.

This looks like an amazing period peice, and who doesn’t want to see Edgar Allan Poe represented in a film. I personally had no idea that Edgar Allan Poe attended West Point, even if he had not actually graduated from it. So I’m excited to see this adventure.

Puss In Boots: The Last Wish – Releasing in Theaters
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – 92%

After having spent 8 out of 9 lives in his adventures, he had resigned his life to retire from his quests until the opportunity to get his extra lives back appears on the horizon. If he can find the mythical Wishing Star he can get it all back, but now he will have to get help from his former nemesis Kitty Soft Paws, played by Salma Hayek, to get the wish before other people find it.

Who isn’t excited for a return to the world of Shrek? I only hope the success of this film will help Dreamworks push the return back into Shrek… we know Mike Myers would be down, lets not lie.

Women Talking – Releasing in Theaters
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – 90%

Set in 2010 and focusing on the life of women in a isolated religious commune. The women must choose to either do nothing, leave, or stay and fight. All set in a world full of abuse and lack of autonomy set forth from their religion.

Hard to watch at times, but in todays society an important thing to be brought to light. Heavy drama, be warned.
