Are you a fan of fine dining and amazing spirits?
If the answer is yes, then I should have seen you last Sunday at the Heritage Fire Tour the took place at the Westin Bonaventure hotel in downtown Los Angeles. This event was full of amazing chef’s like Adrian Hoschet, John Tesar, Michael Puglisi, Eduardo Osorio, Carlo F. Guardado, Alan Sanz, Javier Lopez, Roberto Alcocer, Jayro Martinez, and Katsuji Tanabe.
These awesome chefs prepared great dishes that tantalized the taste buds. Dishes like Pork Loin Chop, Taco de Picaña en Adobo Negro, Mini Crème Brûlée, Grilled Cumin Skirt Steak, Demkota Ranch Beef Prime Rib Tacos, Grilled Head to Tail Sausage, Fly Wings, Tuna and Truffle Tostada, Swordfish Trompo Taco, Grilled Chicken Thigh, and Octopus Wings & Grilled Sweetbreads.
It wasn’t just food that drew the attention of the crowds though as amazing spirits companies were providing pours and cocktails for the crowd. Some amazing brands included Westside Whiskey, Roe & Co Irish whiskey, and Hine wines. There were many options available for almost any taste throughout the event. Some companies even went out of their wait to pair their spirits with the chef’s dishes near them.
After everyone had tasted and enjoyed the dishes from the chefs, they had the chance to vote on their favorite items of the event. Our favorite dish was the Grilled Cumin Skirt Steak from La Prime and Adrian Hoschet.
