I will say, after having heard from Meghan Ireland, the Head Blender at WhistlePig, that the wheat whiskey has a strong butterscotch note, I thought it was untrue. That being said after the liquor touched my tongue I legit found it to be the strongest flavor of the Whiskey.
Of course what followed was a smooth smokey note. When I’ve tasted WhistlePig in the past, and they are one of my favorite brands to enjoy, that being said though, this is now my favorite version of the companies line-up to date!
