Ultrahuman Gives You A New Way To Work Out

Take the guesswork out of your workouts with the new Ultrahuman app for iOS and Android. Using the Apple Watch and Apple HealthKit, Ultrahuman can take full advantage of its biofeedback technology to truly calculate each calorie burned in your daily routine.

Partnering with celebrity fitness instructors, athletes, artists, neuroscientists, and psychologists, Ultrahuman creates an all-in-one platform for all your health needs. You can go from an 8-week Tabata home workout with fitness model David Morin to a guided meditation with best-selling author, professor, clinical psychologist, and internationally recognized expert in mindfulness and self-compassion Shauna Shapiro, all in the same day.

Ultrahuman is like a Master’s Class in caring for body and mind.

I’m not a person who enjoys going to classes full of people, so I have an array of fitness videos in my library that I use at home, along with a few apps that offer quick exercises. But the issue that I run into is a lack of variety. What I love about this app is that it’s constantly growing and changing, so things are never stale. There’s HIIT, yoga, running, pilates, and programs that focus on specific areas of the body or things you want to accomplish like flexibility or back pain.

The routine I’ve gotten to enjoy is starting my day with the quick, 12-minute meditation by Jason Stephenson called “Body Scan for Awareness,” where we practice feel breathing and releasing tensions in the body before starting the day. After making breakfast for the kids, I take another 15 minutes with Abi Garver in her “Begin with Yoga” series. This gets me some good stretches and helps keep me energized without taking too much time from my daily tasks. Later in the day, I finish up with a bedtime story (honestly these are fun and cute) like “A Whale Song” by Nan Hauser, followed by something to pass out to in the “Melodies for Better Sleep” section, that has a bunch of relaxing music from various artists.

Even though I don’t have the time to dedicate to a full hour workout, doing just this little bit for a couple of weeks has left me happier and more energized each passing day.

The app is simple and easy to use and offers a ton of features that allow you to fully customize your day depending on your current needs and goals. All for less than the cost of a gym membership!

If you’re looking for a new way to workout without putting yourself or your family at risk by visiting a gym, or you don’t have the time to commit to spending hours a day working out but want results that can only be given by a professional, Ultrahuman can provide these things for you with their easy to use, hassle-free app.

I hope in the future we can see the app work with other fitness devices, to help expand their biofeedback audience. Check them out in the App Store, and Google Play!
