The Mean One, Mr. Grinch Just Signed Up For Cameo To Celebrate Grinchmas

Are you having trouble getting into the Who-lidays?

Well the Grinch is here to help you!

First brought to life in the animated TV special titled Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas! in 1966, and then made even more amazing with Jim Carrey‘s live action portrayal in 2000’s Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It even recently was released again as a digital animation in 2018’s Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch. There is something magical and snarky about the character, which has allowed it to be so popular for over 62 years!

The reason the Grinch is so loved, is because he is us. Everyone at some point in their life has looked at a holiday, or a person happy during the season, and thought bah humbug. He is an American icon. The moral of the story is that no matter how down in the dumps, figuratively or, as with the Grinch, litterally, you can always make a choice to pull yourself out.

Add the realization that Christmas is about being with people you care about, and not materialism, and you have one of the most powerful and amazing children stories/movies that could ever be made.

Enough about the sappy history, in celebration of the start of “Grinchmas” and “Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter” tomorrow at Universal Studios Hollywood (See our prior post about that, Here), The Grinch has partnered with Cameo to spread a little holiday cheer!

For a limited time, from Today til December 8th, 2019 you can head over to the Grinch‘s Cameo page Here! While there have the Grinch record you a personalized message to yourself, or your loved ones.

I am asking the Grinch to send my wife a little Christmas cheer, because she can be a real Bah-Hum-bug!.

If you don’t get your greeting, because you were too slow, don’t fret, you can always head to Universal Studios Hollywood for in-person interactions with The Grinch and Max, at “Grinchmas!”

Remember “Grinchmas” and “Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter” are only at Universal Studios Hollywood until Sunday, December 29th, 2019. So hurry up and make your way there!
