Liquid Death Partners With Live Nation

Liquid Death Mountain Water isn’t exactly an outsider to the music world, having created a couple Greatest Hates Albums. During the quarantine they even partnered for a music show with H20

Now Liquid Death has partnered with Live Nation to be their exclusive water partner. Live Nation is the world’s leading live entertainment organizer. As a result of the agreement, you’ll be able to drink Liquid Death at over 120 venues and festivals run by Live Nation.

To see how Liquid Death got their drinks into all of these locations, we chatted up the CEO of Liquid Death Mountain Water, Mike Cessario.

Eric Bryan Seuthe II: Thank you for chatting with us once again Mike! It’s always a pleasure! Last time we talked, we were discussing your Greatest Hates Volume 2 release. When you said you guys at your cores were Artists, I couldn’t have imagined you guys partnering with a live music company to be the official exclusive water of choice. What made you want to connect with Live Nation?

Mike: Music has been in the DNA of our brand since day one. My background was being a musician. Music artists were some of the first ambassadors of the brand. We sold vinyl records of music with lyrics made from our social media hater comments. So a music focused brand, Live Nation is one of the best partners we could have hoped for.

Eric: With the partnership with Live Nation, does that mean that there might one day be a live performance of your Greatest Hates volumes?

    Mike: Very possible.

Eric: Last time we talked, you mentioned that you underestimated the response from internet trolls. Are you guys still getting a lot of hate online, or has it died down?

Mike: The haters have died down a lot. But there’s always a few trolls who want their voices heard about their view on how they would market water.

Eric: Is there enough hate and comments online to fuel a Volume 3 of the Greatest Hates?

Mike: I don’t think we’d have too much trouble gathering more for a volume 3.

Eric: Well thank you so much for spending some time with us, and we will look forward to drinking some Liquid Death at the next Live Nation event we attend!

If you want to check out their Greatest Hates albums you can listen to the first album Here On Spotify, and the second album Here On Spotify. You can also still purchase the second album on 12-In vinyl Here.
