Until then though, if you do go to a theater make sure it has a policy of requiring attendees to wear masks, and sit in isolated groups out of proximity of other viewers.


Baby Done – Releasing in Theaters and Streaming

Zoe, played by Rose Matafeo, and Tim, played by Matthew Lewis, are having a child. They, unfortunately, do not have the same priorities. Tim wants to be a father, but Zoe isn’t ready. Worried about how her life will change, she is striving to accomplish all she wants to do before the baby comes, but it negatively impacts her relationships.

Childbirth changes a lot for people. This isn’t uncommon an experience that people suffer. However, the ratings people have given this film shows that there is definitely some appreciation for how they presented it. However, if you found it hard to get through this experience before, this might hit a little close to home.

Peter Flood, played by both Nicholas Crovetti and Matthias Schoenaerts, watched his sister die as a child. However, his sorrow was made worse by his father’s revenge. Now as an adult he still feels the sting, while trying to distance himself from it, his cousin, however, takes control of the criminal actions of their family.

If you are looking for a crime thriller and drama, then this film would fit the niche. This story plays heavily on the story of betrayal and retribution.

Magdalena, played by Mercedes Hernández, was sad to see her son leave Guanajuato with a friend, to head to the USA, with the hope that they will find work and a better way of life. However, she loses contact with him, and is willing to do anything on her journey to find him, and what happened.

A sad story, the feels the plight of many immigrants, who are forced to leave their world to find a better life, but know that there are risks and dangerous rounds to that end. With the US’s views toward immigrants, it’s sad to see that a nation built on people trying to make a better life in a new world would not be as accepting as others with the same intent.


No Man’s Land – Releasing in Theaters and Streaming

Bill Greer, played by Frank Grillo, and his son, played by Jake Allyn, are unlawfully patrol the border, but when his son kills a Mexican immigrant boy, his father tried to take the blame for it. When the Texas Ranger, played by George Lopez, discovers the deception, the son becomes an illegal alien in Mexico to escape the law.

In an interesting tale of forgiveness and striking parallels that span the divide of the USA and Mexico, this film shows a heartbreaking journey that will try to get you to forgive a child that made a mistake in the course of violent and ignorant action.


Psycho Goreman – Releasing in Theaters and Streaming

When siblings, played by Nita-Josee Hanna and Owen Myre, resurrect an entombed alien named Psycho Goreman, they force him to meet their whims. However, when friends and enemies of the alien find their way back to Psycho Goreman, they put their hometown directly into an intergalactic battleground.

Looking for a light-hearted sci-fi film that balances comedy and horror? Then you’ll love Shudder’s new film. Reminds me a lot of the genre of shows like Mummies Alive, or Big Bad Beetleborgs.
