Luna Luna: Forgotten Fantasy In Los Angeles through May 12, 2024.
Thirty-six years ago, Luna Luna was showcasing its art amusement park in Hamburg Germany, and then all of a sudden, its beautiful pieces were shipped away and accidently stored away in Texas in 44 shipping containers for almost four decades! Now, having been saved, this art amusement park is back and being showcased in Los Angeles!
Roam the halls of North Shore High experience with the Cool Mom Bar, a place to add to the Burn Book, Regina’s bedroom mirror, the Winter Talent Show, Museum of Mean Girls, and an exclusive Mean Girls merchandise store.

GeekFest Film Festival Taking place in North Hollywood on May 18, 2024 and May 19, 2024.
Apparently, while the GeekFest Film Festival has been active for over ten years, for it’s 11th year, they are holding their first ever standalone festival which will be dedicated to geekdom. The festival will hold over 25 geeky short films in the categories of Science Fiction, Horror, Fantasy, Action and Fan Films.

Monsterpalooza Available in Pasadena on May 31, 2024 through June 2, 2024.
This is a multiday event dedicated to the world of horror and horror movies. The experience will be filled with celebrity guests, photo-ops, panels talking about horror and it’s impact on the world, and will even include make-up demos and over 450 themed vendors! The event on Saturday has a free afterparty included with your Monsterpalooza wristband. The after party will have bars, live music, special guests, and an award show!

The Original Renaissance Pleasure Faire Available in Los Angeles through May 19, 2024.
Want to place on an old time outfit, take in some revelry, or explore the antics of a era romanticized beyond dreams. There are so many options, axe throwing, archery, rides, turkey legs, and so much more. Have tea with the Queen, or even a pub crawl. There is so much fun to be had.

Dungeonpalooza Available in Los Angeles on May 22, 2024.
Taking place at the Exchange LA nightclub in Downtown Los Angeles. If you are looking for a new group of friends for your D&D plans, or just want to engage in the culture, then this event might be perfect for you! The event also includes a two-drink minimum per guest, but as this event is all ages, non-alcoholic drinks are OK. Events planned for the event include Dungeon Combat, Interviews with Attendees & Guests, Fantasy Themed photo booth, D&D Trivia Contest, Dance Off, Cosplay Pageant, D&D randomized loot Raffles, and Vendors!

Scandinavian Festival Available in Thousand Oaks on May 18, 2024 and May 19, 2024.
This event showcases small crafts for little children, delicious Scandinavian foods and nick-nacks to purchase. You can visit the Viking encampment, dress up like a Viking for photos, take in some stage shows for children, or demonstrations of dancing and music from the culture.
For those who love food, there are food demonstrations with samplings.
