Rockstar Games Announces Their Own Game Marketplace With Free Game

Are you a fan of Rockstar Games? Who isn’t?

In the marketplace of game purchases, everyone seems to want to put their hand out to grab any prospective clients. With that in mind, Rockstar Games has released their “Launcher”. The Rockstar Games Launcher is a Windows application that functions as a marketplace and location for quick access to your purchased Rockstar PC Games collection.

The launcher will even allow you to access pc copies that you’ve purchase online in other places. The Rockstar Games Launcher comes with some interesting benefits:

  • A secure and verified marketplace to purchase your games at.
  • Compiling all purchased Rockstar games into one place.
  • Cloud Save functionality on supported games.
  • Direct Rockstar game news.
  • Automatic game updating.
  • I’m personally a little excited for the cloud save feature, since it will allow me to be able to take my save games between computers.

Some of their PC game titles are not available to use yet with the system, but here is a list of some that are available for purchase on Rockstar Games Launcher:

  • Bully Scholarship Edition
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Free for a Limited Time)
