Universal Studios Hollywood is planning a brand new experience for the park, Universal Fan Fest Nights!
These all-new interactive and immersive events will be separately ticketed from daily park entries, and will work to create unique experiences dedicated to fandom worlds of Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Gaming, and Anime.

Universal Fan Fest Nights will be a limited-time expereinces that will occur after-park-hours, with immersive in-world experiences and activations throughout the theme park dedicated to the specific nights, and will even include live entertainment, and encouragement for guests to cosplay and embrace their favorite characters.
This reminds me of the Peacock experience that was going to happen, before COVID cancelled it. The main difference is that the whole experience is going to be designed to use the park in a new way, and elevate the park guest experience, including new menus of themed foods, new merchandise, collectibles, for fans of specific fandoms during their Universal Fan Fest Nights.
