What You Need To Know Before 2025’s Wondercon

Wondercon is returning to the Anaheim convention center this Easter weekend!

This three-day convention might not be as well-known or celebrated as its bigger brother, SDCC, but it’s still an amazing con. Every year it gets bigger and bigger.

The 501st is an amazing volunteer organization of die-hard fans who use their love of the fandom to help and promote further interests. They offer fundraising, photo ops, and friendship!

    Participants will have 3-5 minutes to pitch their comic book to developers who will then give constructive criticism to get them ready for the big leagues!

    Attorney and Law Professor Michael Lovitz and Monica Sullivan give the breakdown on how to protect yourself and prepare to entire the legal world of intellectual property.

SATURDAY
Let’s Make A Board Game
Saturday March 29, 2025 10:00am – 11:00am @ North 151

    Aaron Vanek walks you through making games for kids of all ages using research, creativity, history, math, and science. Find out how to create your own rapid prototype.

Game Pitch Review

Defiant: The Robert Smalls Story in Comics, a Graphic Novel . . . and Film!

    Hear about American hero Robert Smalls, his recent memorialized comics, the graphic novel coming soon, and Legion M’s work to turn the story into a feature film. Screenwriter Rob Edwards, producer Marvin Jones, and other members of the Legion M team will give you the inside scoop.

How To Make Halo Cosplay And Props With Anvil Station
Sunday March 30, 2025 10:00am – 11:00am @ Room 300E

    Talk to the pros and learn of techniques to create some of the most impressive armor, costumes, and props with 3D printing, casting, molding, foam, and laser cutting.
