With a new year upon us, Holland America has decided to upgrade their Zuiderdam ship, having placed the vessel in dry dock for two-weeks. Now the ship is back in service!
Here are some of the new accomodations and upgrades guests can experience if they take this vessel for their next cruise!
Crow’s Nest Transformed into intimate entertainment hub and bandstand including upgraded lighting and audio systems!
The addition of 11 ocean view staterooms on decks one and seven.
New carpeting in all verandah staterooms on decks five through 10, Neptune, Signature, and Pinnacle suites.
Verandah staterooms on Deck 8 received full bathroom updates, including new vanities, mirrors, bathtubs, floors, and walls.
Additionally, 300 other staterooms across the ship were also fitted with new bathroom flooring and updated wallpaper.
New carpeting was added in the Dining Room, Lido Market, Canaletto, guest corridors, stairwells, elevator lobbies, and the Greenhouse Spa & Salon.
New carpeting in the Atrium as well as a fresh coat of paint.
Updated upholstery, dining chairs, and banquettes for the Canaletto and Lido Market.
