EVO, or The Evolution Championship Series is the largest and longest-running fighting game tournament. While it’s mostly about bringing the best gamers together, this year Crunchyroll is joining in on the fun to connect fans with the ultimate anime experience.
The plan is to take the attendees of the event and immerse them in a world of anime. They will use tournaments, DJs, games, special appearances, and more to coincide with Crunchyroll release of Street Fighter: Duel. In their new game players will get the chance to fight over 40 fan-favorite characters and level them up in combat.
