This year, NerdBot-Con is now Nerd Expo, a name that will make it stand on it’s own as it is a great place for nerds to get together to exposition their much loved hobby of cosplay and fandom!
But what can you do, as a regular person in the Los Angeles area, while at the convention?
Well, there is actually tons of stuff.
Meet Peter Cullen, Voice Of Optimus Prime
For a small nominal fee, which can be paid for when you buy your ticket, you can meet many a nerd’s childhood hero. Or at least the voice of your childhood hero. Peter Cullen is the voice of Optimus Prime, which is a role he owns that he still does the voice for the Michael Bay movies as well! For those who don’t know, he also does the voice of Eeyore.
So who ever you were, and what ever you were into as a small child, chances are, that the voice of Peter Cullen will pull you back to a simpler time.
Meet Other People In The Industry
We are very lucky living in Los Angeles, as the county is jammed packed with people working on your favorite things. Hell you might even run into someone from your favorite show at the local Starbucks. Well at this convention, the chances skyrocket!

While there will be plenty of cosplayers, professional and amateur, that isn’t all! They will also be running a contest, details not fully disclosed yet, at this time.
So bring your best costumes and knock it out of the park!
