Netflix Is A Joke Festival kicks off in April 2020, from the 27th, into May, and ending on the 3rd.
Netflix is working with Live Nation to run their week long comedy festival. There are so many comedians, so many events, so many venues, and so many options! That should be no surprise though, as Netflix has been courting relationships with many comedians for their specials, and shows, they have so many locked into contracts, it’d be unfunny, if they weren’t so funny.
One of the most important features of the festival however will be on it’s last day, as it will be the closing night, and the inaugural launch of “The Hall,” a hall of fame for comedians, as the greats of today: Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman, and Wanda Sykes will all pay homage to the inaugural inductees: George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Joan Rivers, and Robin Williams.
With over 100 shows, and 20 venues, there is definitely something to meet your comedy needs.
