While your Instagram account grows its number of followers so grows the list of emerging selfie museums. Neon Wrld makes its debut in the unassuming Westminster Mall, a perfect space to line up various themed “rooms” or backdrops for you to snap that perfect Instagram-worthy shot!
For those of you who visited the Donut Museum a couple years ago you may recognize some of the displays they repurposed like the Donut Garden complete with its donut wall, pond, and hot air ballon, the classroom with its giant-sized crayons and chalkboard, the ball pit with mermaid colored balls, the infinity mirror room with twinkling lights, and the giant heart-shaped rainbow sprinkled donut. Joining the sweet lineup are backdrops such as the apropos “Sliding into your DMs” slide, swings, airplane, retro diner, fashion jail, and lounge rooms with retro phones. I also loved the Barbie box display that you could stand inside. Interactive spaces like this may not be for everyone but we loved it, especially my toddler who saw it as an indoor playground.
Did you happen to forget your selfie stick and/or ring light? Worry not, they got you covered should you need one so you can take the best selfies! Just don’t forget to tag/mention them! And if you’re someone who brings your dog everywhere then you’ll be happy to hear dogs are welcome too! (They must be potty trained and have a ticket too though!)
