Return to Stage Shows With Puppet Up’s Return Post Pandemic

We’ve covered Puppet Up before, but now it’s back after the Pandemic! To explain what the event is, Brian Henson teamed up with Patrick Bristow of Whose Line Is It Anyway? to create an adult and unique experience of Puppet Up!

What makes the experience so unique, is you… the audience. It’s an improv show, where actors take que(s) from the audience, and puppeteers run around the stage acting out the scenes.

This show might get raunchy, and as a fan of improv, I can tell you it definitely will, so no audience members under 14 will be allowed into the theater. This is not your child’s Henson show.

They are returning with two dates. First on Saturday, July 31, 2021 with shows at 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.. The second night Sunday, August 1, 2021 with earlier shows at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m..

General seating at the show is $60. There is parking on-site, but will cost $15, but with how little parking there is in Hollywood, it is very nice that Henson Studios is sharing their lot.

They also have a VIP package for $150, which while including all the items of the general seating tickets, also includes a Studio Lot Tour, Meet and Greet with Brian Henson, Souvenir Puppet, and better seating at the show then the general tickets. Make sure to be there two hours earlier for the VIP tickets at the latest though, because that is when the tour will be starting!

If you miss out on the tour though, you can always watch our tour of Jim Henson’s office Here!

The event space opens for general ticket holders an hour early with a cash bar to get you ready!

If you haven’t been to the Jim Henson Studios, then the price of admission is worth it for that reason alone! Get your tickets Here, while they last!
