We stopped by Pepcom and CES earlier this year and fell in love with the technology of Typhur. From their soon to be out Sous Vide station, to their highly accurate and expedient meat thermometer, they are quickly becoming the newest and greatest kitchen items in your house.
They sent us their new InstaProbe to check out, and frankly we were impressed! This thermometer has the ability to flip the screen orientation depending on how it’s hold, has an auto off setting, and a highly visible OLED screen to give you your readings. The readings themselves are razor fast, jumping to the correct temperature in 0.75 seconds.
