The first official night of CES kicks off with Unveiled. An event that specifically focuses on products not seen anywhere else in the world until its launch at the Unveiled showcase. My choice this year, for my favorite, is the Allergen Alert.
When this product launches, it will be available to check for contamination and particles for Gluten and Nuts, in a quick and safe manner. People will just scoop a portion of the food into the device capsule and place it into the machine. The machine will give a result within 2 minutes.
While at start they plan to focus on those two allergens, they will release additional capsules that will focus on other common allergies as well. Now you can eat out, and confirm that your food is safe, especially in places that you don’t know if you can trust the server with your life.
