There Is “More Sea to See” With Carnivals New Destiny Ship

At Monfalcone, Italy, Carnival Cruise Line held their traditional steel-cutting ceremony for its newest ship, Carnival Destiny who is planning to be completed and sailing starting in summer of 2029. This new ship is officially their new Ace-Class ship, and the first of three vessels planned in Carnival’s next-generation of ships.

The ship’s name was revealed at the Fincantieri shipyard and even utilized a 3D hologram first look at the future of Carnival cruising.

The new Destiny ship will feature an unprecedented number of ocean-view balcony cabins, a reimagined lanai deck and more than 4.5 acres of glass walls, designed to create amazing sightlines for passengers. Hence their new tagline “More Sea to See.” The ship will also feature reimagined dining, next-generation bars and lounges, immersive entertainment, as well as vibrant outdoor spaces.
