New Comic Highlights for October 2023

There are a lot of comic books coming out next month, and the last Comics Round Up of the month is dedicated to what is coming out the following month. So here are some of the comics I am looking forward to, that are coming out next coming month!


Transformer #1 (from Skybound Comics)
Releasing October 4th, 2023
A reimagining of Transformers and reset for a new generation. The fate of Cybertron is unknown and as before the Decepticons and Autobots have crash-landed on Earth and now they have to form alliances before war comes to the planet. Created by Daniel Warren Johnson.


Army of Darkness Forever #1 (from Dynamite Comics)
Releasing October 11th, 2023
Evil Dead’s universe is amazing. It’s had so many adventures in comic books, and this series continues from the alternative ending of Army of Darkness as Ashley J. Williams makes his way through a technological world set in 2093. Created by Tony Fleecs with art from Justin Greenwood.


Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures: Halloween Special #1 (from IDW Publishing)
Releasing October 11th, 2023
Return to your favorite childhood Saturday morning Turtles as they must fight through the challenges of a mysterious being. A double sized, double story adventure that fits the holiday! Created by Erik Burnham.


Gargoyles Halloween Special #1 (from Dynamite Comics)
Releasing October 18th, 2023
Gnash makes the mistake of putting the Gargoyles in the sights of the Masked Quarrymen. Now The group is in danger. Can they survive this dangerous All Hallow’s Eve? Created by Greg Weisman with art from Bonesso Diego.


American Psycho #1 (from Sumerian Comics)
Releasing October 18th, 2023
This comic specifically showcases the horror of Patrick Bateman’s murders from a different lense, and also showcases a brand new psuchopath, Charlie Carruthers. I can only imagine how they will intertwine their stories. Created by Michael Calero with art from Piotr Kowalski.
