Oosterdam Plans It’s Return To Europe and Caribbean After Upgrades

Holland America Line is now accepting bookings for Oosterdam’s first collection of voyages following its debut as the inaugural ship to undergo Holland America Evolution.

Holland America Evolution is the companies largest fleet investment in the history of the business. Evolution is a multiyear modernization program designed to bring the best of the fleet’s Pinnacle Class to more ships. This new plan will see guests getting the chance to book eight different itineraries with 15 departure dates, and give the earliest opportunity to plan your journey and experience Oosterdam’s newest enhancements.

The Oosterdam features these improvements:

Bridgeview Suites offer premium accommodations with sweeping ocean views, panoramic windows, and expansive living spaces.

Pinnacle Suites now offer 1,550 square feet with scenic views and a private balcony.

Solo Verandahs which offer a private balcony and dedicated workspace.

Vista Suites are debuting on Oosterdam for the first time.

The Grand Dutch Café comes to the ship, one of the most popular venues from the Pinnacle Class ships.

The ship will return to service on December 2, 2027, with journeys in the Mediterranean before embarking on a 13-day transatlantic crossing. After the crossing the ship will spend the winter 2027/2028 season in the Caribbean, before it then takes a journey through the Panama Canal in spring of 2028. It’s journey concluding in the Pacific Northwest!

7-Day Western Mediterranean Cruise: Spain, Portugal & Morocco

Ships roundtrip from Barcelona, with ports of calls including: Malaga (Granada) and Valencia, Lisbon, and Tangier (Tetouan), Morocco.
Departs on December 2, 2027

13-Day Cultural Crossing Cruise: Spain & Gibraltar

Ships from Barcelona to Fort Lauderdale, with ports of call including: Malaga and Cartagena (Murcia), Spain; and Gibraltar, United Kingdom.
Departs on December 9, 2027.

11-Day Southern Caribbean Cruise: ABC Islands Holiday

Ships roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale, with ports of call including: Georgetown, Grand Cayman; Cartagena, Colombia; Oranjestad, Aruba; Willemstad, Curaçao; and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, Bahamas.
Departs on December 22, 2027.

12-Day Panama Canal Discovery Cruise: Costa Rica & Greater Antilles

Ships roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale, with ports of call including: RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay; Oranjestad; Cartagena; Colon, Panama; Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; and Georgetown.
