Holland America Plans Upgrades For Zuiderdam

Holland America Line is bringing upgrades across their fleet, and now plans to upgrade Zuiderdam, the next ship to take on a transformation with their Evolution Transformations. This upgrade program is the cruise line’s largest upgrade across it’s fleet in it’s 153-year history! This remodel will be the second of six ships that will be upgrades in this program.

The upgrade will include new staterooms, signature spaces, including the Bridgeview and Pinnacle Suites debuting as part of Evolution program.

The first addition will be a reimagined Pinnacle Suite. Still offering the most expansive accommodations on the ship, it is now redesigned to offer an elevated residential-style experience with a large living space, refined finishes and a panoramic view of the ocean.

The second addition is the two new Bridgeview Suites, located above the bridge with forward-facing views and wraparound windows. The suites will also feature a private balcony with distinct spaces designed to maximize light and scenery.

The ship will also have 14 Vista Suites and 32 Solo Verandah staterooms. New to the ship will also be the Grand Dutch Café, which is rooted in Dutch heritage and inspired by cafés throughout Amsterdam and Northern Europe. It will be an all-day gathering place for people to stop into for a morning espresso, enjoy a beer, or share a light bite in the evening.

The first cruises on the Zuiderdam to experience the new enhancements will occur on July 30th, 2026!. Book your next cruise Here!
