At the request of the Governor of California, the Mayor of Los Angeles, and the CDC, Hero’s Journey Fitness will be temporarily closing their doors, to help fight the spread of the CoronaVirus.
The nail in the coffin was likely Los Angeles Mayor, Eric Garcetti. It is not his specific fault though, as the actions are important to fight the spread of the virus.
However, it is Eric Garcetti that has asked gyms, and other public oriented businesses to shut their doors temporarily, from today until at the earliest April 1, 2020. However it is possible that if things do not clear up, the emergency situations will continue for a longer period.
While this is a setback, Hero’s Journey has been no stranger to setbacks these past few months, from moving, to dealing with the city taking to long to process their construction plans, and approvals. This however will not be the end of the business, and nerd friendly gym.
After they are allowed to return, and when it would be safe for their attendees, Hero’s Journey Fitness will return, and you can rest assured, they will continue to help you get that geek physique.
