The gun uses laser pointer guidance and can measure temperature from -40°F all the way to 3632°F with only a variance of ± 2%! If you want even more precise measurements, the kit comes with an included probe that measures from 14°F to 932°F with an variance of ± 1.5%.
This is a great way to get a precise measurement of heat from your ranges, ovens, and barbecues.
