It’s Friday, and that means it’s time to once again talk about a weekly board game! This time we are checking out Marvel Dice Throne Deadpool “Deluxe” Edition from The Op Games.
This is a part deck-builder, part dice-roller game which allows you to take over the abilities of a superhero in the world of Marvel. This time checking out the heroes from the world of the X-Men.
This stand alone box comes with Deadpool, and all the upgraded tokens and figures. This box is not enough to be able to play the actual game on its own, but can be mixed with any other Dice Throne game. The winner of the game is the one who knocks out the other players. Players can use cards to charge up, affect their dice rolls, or even upgrade their attacks! This game is played in teams, or played like a king of the mountain. Additionally, Dice Throne has released Missions, which pits the players against a super-villain, but we will save that review for later.
