This year we once again visited Knott’s Scary Farm for 2026, which is pretty much the OG of Halloween scare events at theme parks. On top of allowing some of their rides to run in reverse, the experience at this park is made that much more impressive by scare mazes, scare actors, and of course a history of knowing exactly what it takes to frighten their attendees.
Mazes At The Park
During the event, there are 10 mazes available, including returning mazes: Mary – The Haunting of Worth Home, The Zoo, Eight Fingers Nine: The Boogeyman, Widows, Room 13, Cinema Slasher, The Chilling Chambers, and Origins: The Curse of Calico. The latter two are returning for their last years.
New mazes include Inked, a cartoon-inspired maze, and Unearthed, a mummy-themed maze. If you want to take full advantage of the mazes and shows, you might want to spring for the Fright Fast pass, or you might end up spending most of your night in lines.
Shows At The Park
There is so much to do here at Knott’s Scary Farm, including the return of The Hanging under the new title “Noose Maxxxing,” which is a perfect way to bookend the last year of Origins: The Curse of Calico. This year, however, they are bringing two new shows: Voodoo: Bayou’s Edge, a voodoo-themed show set in the court of Baron Samedi led by Marie Laveau. Their biggest news, though, is their collaboration with the Magic Castle for their new Occultum Magic Show.
Quick Note: We Had Permission To Film Inside The Mazes From Knotts Specifically.
