While we are still wearing masks in most places, the use of gloves had dropped in society as it isn’t really feasible for daily life, instead opting to wash our hands and regularly use sanitizer.
So what do we do about those specific high touch surfaces in the meantime?
During most retail excursions we have to use high touch surfaces for purchasing products, or even accessing areas or ticketing. Customer terminals, point of sale devices, and credit card readers can’t possibly be cleaned by an employee between every interaction, as most systems are self service these days.
