We Share Or Favorite Los Angeles Comic Book Stores For National Small Business Day

Today is National Small Business Day, a holiday that we use to take a moment from our consumer havens to seek out smaller companies to show love and support for. As a comic round-up article, our showcase today is going to specifically be targeted toward the struggling Comic Book brick and morter stores.

If you are a fan of digital comics, we get it. They make things easy. However, they have literally been strangling physical stores that sell not only comic books, but also sometimes games and collectibles.

Additionally, comic book stores also carry some exclusive older books that might allow you to fill in your collection. Without them, large collections of comic books would disappear into the ether.

So with that in mind, we wanted to share our favorite comic books stores in Los Angeles.

Collector’s Paradise

7131 Winnetka Ave, Winnetka, CA 91306

Collector’s Paradise is a collection of three stores, all of which are run by people who are huge fans of comic books and do a great job connecting with their customers. You can check out our interview with their owner Here!

Emerald Knights Comics & Games

4116 W. Burbank Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505

Not only does Emerald Knights have board games, mini figures, and comic books, but they also have a nice space at their location for game play. The staff cares about their customers and also produces a great community for their patrons. If you are looking for a place to stop in and play some games at, or pick up a comic book, then this space is great.

Legacy Comics & Cards

123 W. Wilson Ave, Glendale, CA 91203

When I lived in Glendale, this store was a weekly stop to my day to day. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for their customers, and their Black Friday deals are legendary when I think about comic book stores!

Njoy Games & Comics

8820 Reseda Blvd, Northridge, CA 91324

A little more tight of a space for gaming, Njoy is a friendly local game store in Northridge that sells amazing comic books, and allows for gaming in the space. They also have a lot of accessories and fandom swag to purchase allowing you to show off your love for your favorite heroes.
