Chef Masaharu Morimoto Introduce New Menu For 2027 Alaska Cruises

Holland America Line and Chef Masaharu Morimoto are working to gether to refresh the Morimoto by Sea menu by adding new dishes and updated the menu’s already existing favorites.

The new menu begins rolling out across the fleet this month, and guests will have an opportunity to experience Morimoto’s latest creations. While the rollout will start with the Nieuw Amsterdam, and it is expected to be available on all 11 of Holland America Line’s ships by mid-November.

All of which is in anticipation of Chef Morimoto and Holland America Line partnership as Morimoto becomes the company’s Global Fresh Fish Ambassador. Additionally, Chef Morimoto will be hosting a cruise to Alaska in May 8, 2027, sailing aboard Holland America Line’s Nieuw Amsterdam.

New additions include:

Shokupan Bread Service,

Tan Tan Noodles,

Miso Lamb Chop, and

Lobster Miso Soup.

All of these items are introduced alongside the updating of Morimoto Sushi Mori.
