October is here. So comes with it Halloween. While a lot of events will slip through the cracks due to the Spooky events, we wanted to keep the #NerdOut Halloween free. 2nd Annual Long Beach Oktoberfest Available in Long Beach through October 9th.
Long Beach is hosting the second annual Oktoberfest once again with German beer, delicious food, and so much more. If you attend you’ll get to experience music, performances, and games. Additionally, dressing for the event is encouraged, so make sure to bring your German A Game!

The Greatest Showman Brunch Available in Los Angeles on October 1st, 2022.
This themed brunch is designed to match the style of the film The Greatest Showman. There will be actors, musical numbers to enjoy, and a PT Barnum themed menu and location.

Dinos Alive Exhibit Available in Montebello throughout October 30th, 2022.
Dinos Alive is a dinosaur exhibition featuring life-size animated replicas in an immersive Jurassic venue. Walk alongside the massive creatures that roamed our world millions of years ago! At the event, they’ll have over 80 specimens of life-sized and moving dinosaurs including:
- T-rex, Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Pachycephalosaurus, Suchomimus, Velociraptors, Gorgosaurus, and many more!
They even have a virtual aquarium exhibit so that the often left-out sea creatures of yesteryear can be front and center to attendees. The whole experience will take around an hour and a half.

Magic Show and VIP Potion Cocktail Experience! Available through December 31st 2022.
Who doesn’t love a magic show, especially with the chance of a potion to enjoy as well! If you are looking for a fun date night idea, then this show is a good one hour option to add to a dinner date with a loved one, or new romance.

Flutter: A Multisensory Immersive Experience Available in Los Angeles through December 24, 2022.
For fans of art, this experience took a collection of artists to creat 14 rooms of interactive works of art. Walk through and experience art in a unique and interesting way, as you never have before. Your senses will be lit on fire with the beauty and style of this exhibit.

Xanadu Catalina Island Festival and 5k Adventure Taking Place on October 22, 2022.
Fans of Xanadu can now enjoy a full day adventure/experience that lasts over 12 hours! Included in the fun is the transportation to Catalina, a welcome activity, disco yoga, a 5k walk/run/hike, Xanadu themed beach club, kayaking excursion, and a cruise back with a dance party.
