We’ve talked about the Heritage Fire tour several times in the past, but every time we can’t help but expound on how amazing the experience really is.
On top of the great view from the fourth floor deck of the Westin Bonaventure, the Heritage Fire tour fills their space with some of the best chefs in all of Los Angeles.
The experience was amazing, flavorful, and if you are looking for a fun night out, with delicious food, and wonderful crowds, then the Heritage Fire tour is the event for you. Of all the dishes of the event, our favorite was definitely Heritage Barbecue and Daniel Castillo’s Old Fashion Bacon Burnt Ends. It was an explosion of flavor, and a rare treat that combined sweet and savory.
They tour the USA throughout the year, and only have one more show as of this article. However, next year they will return once again to all the others. Cities included in their journey are Nashville, Atlanta, Savannah, Tampa, Austin, New York City, Minneapolis, Asheville, Snowmass, Napa, Willamette Valley, Miami, Los Angeles, and Charleston.
