This is an event designed to showcase new chefs in Los Angeles, while paying tribute to the culinary leaders who paved the way for them. The event specializes with Meet & Greet experiences, tastings, and seminars to have the attendees leave the event a little wiser in the field of food, then they were when they first arrived.
If this event sounds tempting to you, then we recommend that you head over to USA Today’s Wine & Food Experience, this November! If you do, you will enjoy spirits from over a dozen vendors, and a sampling of foods from over 30 different chefs!
If you want to purchase the VIP experience, it will grant you early admittance an hour before the rest of the guests, giving you a possibility to mix and mingle with chefs before they get swarmed by the rest of the attendees. Is just the possibility of a mingle not enough, then the event has Meet & Greet opportunities that will guarentee your time with their celebrity talent.
You can purchase tickets for the event at $65 currently, but the price will be raised to $85 on the day of the event.
These tickets will give you unlimited sampling of the food by the chefs, and grant you access to the chef demonstrations on The Culinary Stage. Presentations will be performed by Scott Conant and Antoni Porowski. They will haso have sommelier demonstrations in “The Cellar” by David Lynch from SommSelect and Brie and Nikki Bella from Belle Radici. Fair warning though, as seating is first come, first served.
VIP Grand Tasting Tickets are currently priced at $85, and will be raised to $140 on the day of the event. The Exclusive Chef Session, and Meet & Greet tickets are $180, and include exclusive presentations, and include meetings with Scott Conant and Antoni Porowski, depending on the ticket you purchase.
The VIP, and meet and greet tickets will also include:
- 12:00 p.m. early entry.
- Access to the VIP lounge.
- Private restroom facilities.
- Premium samples of wines and hors-d’oeuvres.
- Antoni Porowski’s cookbook – “Antoni in the Kitchen.”
