Are you a senior in San Diego who has places to be? Well JFS’s On the Go has a partnership to allow their low-income seniors the ability to get where they need to go!
To qualify, Seniors have to be over 60 years old and below the 30% median for San Diego County. Once qualified, seniors and their caregivers can request rides or schedule rides after enrolling with JFS’s On the Go‘s website or calling 855-638-2279.
