MakerFest 2022 Returns To Glendale On October 15th!

Do you have an interest in technologies and the world of Makers? Well Glendale has been a long term supporter of the fields and as a result has regularly held Tech Week every October. COVID-19 has made that very difficult in the past, but it’s back in full swing now for 2022!

In a partnership between Glendale Library, Arts & Culture, Museum of Neon Art, Solar Schoolhouse, Glendale Community College, and other local groups have partnered to help produce hands-on activities and demonstrations of these amazing fields:

  • Design Cutting
  • 3D Printing
  • Little Bits
  • Painting
  • Robotics
  • Spheros
  • Ozobots
  • Sewing
  • Music
  • LEGOs
  • Arts, Crafts & More
  • The festival will take place at the Glendale Central Library, and will also net guests a sneak peek at the MakerSpace studio’s Memory Lab.

Attendees will receive a MakerFest passport and can complete it by visiting booths. If they complete their passport they can turn it in for a chance to enter a drawing.

The event takes place on October 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.. Find out more about the event, and register for it Here.
