Summer Solstice is the time of year when the sun reaches its northernmost point in the sky, this causes the longest day, and is the first day of Summer. This is also a celebrated day of many communities and cultures due to the benefits of summer on crops.
This year Summer Solstice takes place on Father’s Day so a lot of events are taking place early, and The Obscure, a wonderful speakeasy and themed experience in the Arts District of Los Angeles held a Summer Solstice Night Market to celebrate on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
We stopped by this experience and found that they had 15 local makers throughout the experience, inside the main area of The Obscure, and around the outside. Additionally within they had set up their three bars in the venue, each selling unique drinks per space and included some new exclusive drinks just for the experience.
On top of the drinks and vendors, they also had The Sugar House selling decadent churros and Hamburger Planet selling many types of burgers.
If you fell for the beauty of this space, you should definitely stop by during their themed nights of drinks. Purchase tickets Here.
