CES 2023 – Ace Online Presentations With Obsbot Tiny!

During CES we checked out Obsbot, a small unimposing camera on a multi-gimble setup that takes up very little space, but sits on a table and watches you move.

I know that it doesn’t sounds like much, but when it comes to presenting and doing meetings virtual zoom meetings, this item will actually be quite helpful. The device can be programmed to follow a user with a simple hand gesture of an open hand with tightly held fingers. This simple gesture will trigger the camera to follow that person around as he talks, even in a group of other presenters. This will allow speakers to pace, move around, or show off items throughout a meeting space.

Users can also use the camera to show off boards and things in the background, but if the user wants to have an up-close shot so that they can more closely connect to their audience, the presenter can extend only their thumb and pointer finger in front of the camera and it will trigger the camera to zoom in on their face. Doing the gesture again will zoom out.

Additionally showing an open hand with tightly held fingers will tell the Obsbot to stop following the presenter.

It’s incredibly easy to use and requires a very little training to be able to get the most out of this device. If you want to pick up your own Obsbot you can do so Here!
