LACC Brings A Micro Con To Hold You Over

After a difficult year for the Con industry, LACC now aims to unite and uplift the Con world by announcing its upcoming virtual show, MicroCon a four-hour digital event featuring live panels, exclusive content, and the launch of an interactive virtual Con shopping experience with the SuperFan Mall!

On Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 11:00AM PT, a unique four-hour digital event is coming to help fill the void of missed conventions so far this year, as a result of COVID-19. During this MicroCon attendees will be able to see live panels with casts of shows, and creators. This is a lot different than most of the other virtual conventions which have taken advantage of virtual events by pre-recording their panels.

While pre-recorded panels allow for more polish, it removes the live and active experience that most fans loved about panels at conventions. Additionally, since the panels will be live, they will include opportunities for Q&As as well as meet-and-greets.

Another amazing experience for this event is the SuperFan Mall, which boasts a new and unique VR shopping experience created by game developers. This new SuperFan Mall will make you feel like you are walking through the convention, and see collectibles, toys, and comics for vendors and artists.

We’ve thought to ourselves about how much we are sad to not attend conventions to see our friends, to engage in our passions, but vendors and artists of conventions have been broken by over a year of lost revenue which they normally use to hold them over for the year. The SuperFan Mall gives them a new way to sell their goods, and keep their businesses afloat.

On top of all of this Sideshow will be a major part of this experience with their epic booth tours, showing off new products, and giving chances for exclusive discounts.

Tickets for this event are live now at $15 for General Admission and $99 for VIP tickets. You can purchase your ticket Here.
