Gotta snag 'em all! Catch-up Community Day for 2022!

Hey there, Trainers! It’s December! And you know what that means! December’s Catch-All Community Day is almost upon us! 2022 wasn’t specifically better than 2021, but it was still a lot better than 2020! If the ups and downs of the year have kept you from checking out all of the Pokemon Community Days, then they won’t leave you hanging as December’s community dayS will have you getting that second chance!

Dates are Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th of December. Hours are 2:00pm till 5:00pm both days.

Bonuses are:

2X Stardust and XP for catching Pokemon!

2X Catch Candy!

Trainers over level 31 will have a chance to snag 2X Candy XL for catches.

1/2 Hatch distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during event times.

Incense and Lure Modules launched during event times will last 3 hours.

1 extra Special Trade can be performed during event hours.

All trades will cost 50% less Stardust!

For $1 or your local equivalent, you can take part in a Special Research quest: December Community Day 2022.

Event Pokemon will be wandering the land in droves!

They are as follows:

Saturday – Sandshrew, Alolan Sandshrew, Alolan Geodude, Hoppip, Spheal, Stufful.

Sunday – Teddiursa, Starly, Galarian Zigzagoon, Liwick, Roggenrola, Deino.

Both days – Bulbasaur, Mudkip, Dratini.

Pokemon available in Raids are stars from Community Day in years gone by! Eevee, Machop, Roselia, Swablu, Shinx, Duskull, Tepig, Oshawott, Snivy, Gible, Fletchling.

In Eggs: the same list as above, though Budew takes Roselia’s place, of course!

Any of these critters may be encountered in Shiny!

Evolve any of these all the way into their final form and it will know the Community Day exclusive Attack move it released with on its respective Community Day.

Saturday the 17th until Sunday the 18th from 9:00 am through 9:00 pm you can obtain special moves by evolving the following:

Venusaur learns Frenzy Plant – Charged Attack.

Sandslash learns Night Slash – Charged Attack.

Alolan Sandslash learns Shadow Claw – Fast Attack.

Alolan Golem learns Rollout – Fast Attack.

Dragonite learns Draco Meteor – Charged Attack.

Jumpluff learns Acrobatics – Charged Attack.

Swampert learns Hydro Cannon – Charged Attack.

Walrein learns Icicle Spear – Charged Attack.

Staraptor learns Gust – Fast Attack.

Gigalith learns Meteor Beam – Charged Attack.

Chandelure learns Poltergeist – Charged Attack.

Hydreigon learns Brutal Swing – Charged Attack.

Bewear learns Drain Punch – Charged Attack.

Obstagoon learns Obstruct – Charged Attack.

Ursaluna’s Special Move Evolution
To be able to evolve your Ursaluna with it’s special movie High Horsepower, a Charged Attack, you have to do so during a full moon. Thankfully there will be a full moon in the nights sky for the 17th and 18th. So if you evolve the Ursaring between 2:00 pm through 6:00 am on the 17th, or 2:00 pm through 9:00 pm on the 18th, you will receive this pokemon with it’s special move.

So, hopefully, you’ve been hoarding those Candies!
