In California summer rarely ends. Sometimes during the later months we get a little bit cooler nights, but the days usually remained relatively warm/hot.
For those reasons ice makers are a dream. Being able to cool down a drink in a moment’s notice is a benefit not to be taken lightly. However, not all fridges come with an ice maker included.
Instead of having to go to the store every time you want ice, or buying a brand new fridge, which might include running a water line to your house, the ability to set up a portable countertop ice maker is a relief during those trying and sweltering times.
