What You Need To Know Before 2024’s Wondercon

Wondercon is returning to the Anaheim convention center this Easter weekend!

This three-day convention might not be as well-known or celebrated as its bigger brother, SDCC, but it’s still an amazing con. Every year it gets bigger and bigger.

The 501st is an amazing volunteer organization of die-hard fans who use their love of the fandom to help and promote further interests. They offer fundraising, photo ops, and friendship!

Cryptozoic Entertainment produces unique tabletop games, collectibles, and trading card games based on licensed and original IP meeting the desires of thier fans in the pop culture world. We always stop by GizmoForge every year at Wondercon. Their figures and accessories are great for the nerd in your life. Whether it’s a keepsake for your con visit or an upcoming gift event.

Hero’s ArmoryBooth 1841
We’ve actually talked about them before, specifically at Los Angeles Comic Con, see our article Here. This is a company that specializes in key blanks-themed like classic fandom items. Imagine a Master Sword that unlocks your front door. Hero’s Armory makes it a reality. They also have a variety of other nerd-themed items, like ties and tie pins.

How to Level Up Your Dungeons & Dragons Game

    With the increase of people playing Dungeons & Dragons there is a desire for better and more fulfilling games, while also helping new people acquire the skills to produce those games. Experts spend their time helping people get into and stay into the hobby!

Comic Pitch Review Friday
Friday March 29, 2024 5:00pm – 6:00pm @ Room 204C

    Participants will have 3-5 minutes to pitch their comic book to developers who will then give constructive criticism to get them ready for the big leagues!

    Attorney and Law Professor Michael Lovitz and Monica Sullivan give the breakdown on how to protect yourself and prepare to entire the legal world of intellectual property.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds: “Subspace Rhapsody” Sing-Along

    The success of Subspace Rhapsody has created a long list of fans, now they can join in with a sign-along screening which will be followed by a Q&A with the songwriters Tom Polce and Kay Hanley.

Game Pitch Review

    Participants will have 3 minutes to pitch their game design to developers who will then give constructive criticism to get them ready for the big leagues!
