While it might only be the 10th annual Bob Baker Day, this event will mark the posthumous 100th birthday of the amazing puppeteer. This is also the 60th year that the Bob Baker Marionette Theater has been up and running!
The event, hosted by the Bob Baker Marionette Theater, is to take place on April 21, 2024 and will be located at the Los Angeles State Historic Park.
Started in 2014, Bob Baker Day is a celebration of Bob Baker’s life and through the last ten years the festival has grown and became so much more then just a celebration of Bob Baker, but also now includes puppet performances, celebrity guests, a marketplace, LA food trucks, and a large amount of activities for children in attendance!
The experience will also include the new addition of Hooray LA Village to celebrate the culture and history of Los Angeles.
