Holland America Celebrates The End Of The Cuise With Farewell Dinner

Holland America Line is introducing their brand new “Farewell Dinner,” on their ships. This new experience will take place in the Dining Room and is designed to serve as the finale to their cruises. The meal will act as a memorable bookend bringing the guests and crew together to toast the adventures, friendships, and momments from the cruise!

The dinner will aptly be held on the final evening of the voyage, and will boast a curated menu inspired by Holland America Line’s culinary heritage.

Starter menu highlights include:

  • Chilled Sweet Potato and Stracciatella Salad.
  • Captain’s Antipasto Plate with Bresaola Beef.
  • Dry-cured Pork and Prosciutto.
  • Coconut Crusted Shrimp.
  • Classic Ceasar Salad.
  • Iceberg Wedge Salad.
  • French Onion Soup.
  • Crab Bisque.
  • Entree menu highlights include:

  • Chicken Supreme with Mushroom in White Cream Sauce.
  • Pork Tenderloin with Cider Apple Puree.
  • Oven-Baked Eggplant Parmigiana.
  • Salmon with Capers and Dill.
  • Truffled Mushroom Risotto.
  • Fillet of Beef Wellington.
  • Port Braised Lamb Shank.
