Sleep Among the Ship’s Legendary Ghosts, Dine with a Spooky Twist, Sip with Spirits and Explore a Full Slate of Haunted Experiences at One of the Nation’s Most Haunted Destinations
The Queen Mary continues to celebrate it’s 90th anniversary milestone year since it’s maiden voyage, and with Spooky Season being one of the most busiest times of year, they have put together a series of options, and events for fans to enjoy.
These experiences include new immersive Staterooms, Spookeasy, Murder Mystery Dinners, Spooky Movie Nights, Haunted tours, Grey Ghost Galley buffet and so much more!
Titled as Paranormal Passage, after the success of the reopening of Stateroom B340, the ship has openned B326, B328, and B334 with each of them having their own stories, that visitors can experience and discover as they spend the night on the Queen Mary. For older visitors, guests can enjou the Speakeasy becoming a Spookeasy, beginning on September 28. The evening event starts with a look at The Queen Mary’s haunted history, a spooky cocktail, and then a mini tour of the ship. You will then end up at the N.o3 Speakeasy for crystal, tarot, and palm readings! Plan your evening Here.
The boat’s special murder mystery dinner called “Murder on the High Seas” will take place from September 13. 2026 through October 19, 2026. This show will include an interactive musical experience alongside a three-course dinner, while allowing visitors to encounter and dine amoungst suspicious characters. Stay later on the boat, as the vessel brings “Movies on the Mary” with haunt-season favorites including Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho, Beetlejuice, and The Shining, starting on September 28, 2026 on select nights through October 19, 2026. Plan your film adventure Here.

Outside of those new offerings, the ship still provides year-round paranormal experiences and they will be available throughout the fall, including Graveyard Tour, Paranormal Ship Walk, and Haunted Encounters which gives guests a tour into the ship’s history, paranormal activity, and hidden spaces.

Outside of the boat, and in some of it’s lower holds, fans can also purchase tickets for Dark Harbor in the near feature, and experience mazes, monsters, and more from September 18, 2026 through November 1, 2026. They can also increase their fun, by purchasing overnight stays with the hotel by picking up the Dark Harbor VIP Hotel Package, which has additional special perks. They can pick that up Here.
The Queen Mary’s Show Room will also turn into the Grey Ghost Galley, hosting an all-you-can-eat Halloween feast before nights at Dark Harbor. The event will have a 90-minute buffet including sliced sirloin, spicy sausage hoagies, buffalo tenders, sweet chili tofu, mac and cheese, and a build-your-own nacho station! Additionally the buffet will host nightly-changing Halloween-themed desserts.
Access to the buffet also includes early access aboard the Queen Mary before Dark Harbor opens with seatings at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. with a price of $70 per person.
