Infirmary returns guests to the bellows of the ship as Dr. Edwin Master and his wife Graceful Gale, has taken over the Third-Class passenger quarters and corridors to engage on his dastardly surgeries. While those in the First-Class are dazzled by operating theater performances, the gore and organs of his patients are strewn around.
The Third-Class passengers and patients are just as much a threat as they build up their strength to overthrow the maniacs who pray on them.
